The Damoxus Barbarian Sword starts with a raw Damascus billet and ends with a finished weapon that holds its own against anything in its price class. No cast blades. No decorative-only construction. Just hand-forged Damascus steel worked the way it has been for centuries.

The Blade
At 352 layers of folded 1095 and 15N20 alloy steel, the blade develops the high-contrast wavy pattern Damascus is known for, but the layering isn’t only cosmetic. The alternating hard and softer steel layers create a blade that resists lateral stress better than mono-steel of equivalent hardness. The 30-inch blade is heat-treated after forging for edge stability and full-length consistency.

The Handle
An 8-inch zinc handle gives this sword a distinctive weight-forward feel different from traditional wrapped grips. The solid zinc construction means no movement, no loosening over time, and a clean visual finish that lets the Damascus blade remain the centerpiece.
